はじめに
神経免疫学は近年著しく進歩し,成果をあげているが,ここではこの分野のいくつかの問題をしぼって自分なりの推論を加えてその動向と将来を論じてみたい。
Abstract
Based on recent advances of immunology, new trends to elucidate the pathogenesis of intractable neurological diseases through immunological ap-proach have become very popular. Here some problems on this theme are discussed.
1) The history of neuroimmunology is very old, ie : it originated in the middle of the 19th century. The founder of classical neurology, Prof. J.M. Charcot (1825-1893) and the father of im-munology, Prof. L. Pasteur (1822-1895) lived in con-temporary in Paris. They both were quite friendly with each other. Once Prof. Charcot helped Prof.
