周期性四肢麻痺症状と筋無力症状を合併せる症例

A case of periodic hypokalemic paralysis with myasthenia gravis

序

　甲状腺機能亢進のある場合，重症筋無力症と周期性四肢麻痺が合併することはよく知られている。しかしながら，甲状腺機能が正常であつてこの両者が合併した，という報告はあまりみない。われわれは，甲状腺機能は正常でありながら，周期性四肢麻痺と重症筋無力症を合併した症例を経験したので報告する。

A.I., a 16-year-old woman, was admitted to the hospital on February 1969, because of general malaise and chest discomfort.

In April 1968, she noted transient chest disco-mofort and the symptom was exacerbated for acute tonsillitis in December 1968 when she noticed we-akness of the fingers for the first time. In the win-ter, the weakness of the lower extremities, the difficulty on swallowing and disturbance of speech were appeared.
