先天異常の成因—剖検症例より

Etiopathogenesis of congenital anomalies in the central nervous system

　先天異常の成因を剖検例よりretrospectiveに解明することは困難である。種々なる因子の関与した可能性は考えられるが，それを確立するだけの所見を欠くからである。実験動物によるaquircdの先天異常の成因をそのままヒトの場合に当てはめ得ないが，マウスの突然変異種による先天性疾患の研究とともに，この領域の学問に多大の貢献をした。以下，症例をもってその成因について論じることにする。

Three rare cases were presented in this paper and discussed their possible etiopathogenesis.

At first, porencephaly with micropolygyria in the left cerebral hemisphere (Fig. 1~6) was described as representative of sequel of circula-tory disturbance. Deformity of spinal cord due to hypoplasia of cortico-spinal tract of one side was illustrated (Fig. 6).
