中枢神経系に広汎な病変を示した全身性サルコイドーシスの1剖検例

An autopsy case of sarcoidosis with extensive involvement of the central nervous system

I．はじめに

　Neurosarcoidosisは臨床神経学的にはまれではないがその剖検例は本邦文献上明らかにされているものは，横井^16）の1例をみるにすぎず，以後沖中^17），岩井^18）らが外国例を引用しての綜説があるが剖検例の追加はない。われわれは最近，臨床的にも典型的な経過・所見を示し，剖検で広汎な中枢神経病変を示したSarcoidosis（以下S）の1例を経験したので文献例と対比して報告する。

　A case of sarcoidosis with extensive involvement of the central nervous system was reported.

　A male student aged 19, who had a four year history of sarcoidosis, was admitted to hospital as an emergency because of headache, nausea, vomiting and emotional instability. Physical examination revealed increased intracranial pressure which was suspected of having space-occupying lesion. The clinical state deteriorated rapidly and death occured on the fifth hospital day under deep coma.
