  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

The representative malformations which have both vascular and cerebral malformation, hydranencephaly and holoprosencephaly were described in details angiographically.

1) A case of hydranencephaly showed typical transdural anastomosis with leptomeningeal arteries. These findings have not yet reported in literatures. However, these transdural anastomosis between leptomenigeal arteries and external carotid system are often observed among the infants and children with obstructive disease of internal carotid artery.
