重症筋無力症における副甲状腺機能とIntrathymic Parathyroid Tissue

Parathyroid Function and Intrathymic Parathyroid Tissue in Myasthenia Gravis

　重症筋無力症については今日なお明らかでない面が多いが，本症に内分泌障害，とくに甲状腺機能異常を来たすことは古くより指摘されている。しかし，副甲状腺との関係を追及した業績は少ない。著者ら^{1）2）3）4）5）}はすでに本症は甲状腺以外に他の臓器にも病変をきたしうる素地を有する疾患である点を強調してきたが，今回本症と副甲状腺との関連性を追及しえたので報告する。

The author has investigated the ectopic parathy-roid tissue in the thymus and parathyroid func-tion test was performed in subjects suffering from myasthenia gravis, thyroid disorders and "auto-immune" and other diseases beforeand after thyme-ctomy.

The results obtained were as follows: 1. Intrathymic parathyroid tissue was proven in 20 out of 89 cases who underwent thymectomy, an incidence of 22. 5% (11. 1% in 45 cases of myasthenia gravis, 32% 25thyroid disorders, and 36. 8% 19 "autoimmune" and other diseases.
