妊娠を希望する女性に対しては，将来の妊娠に向けて事前に薬剤調整を行うことが望ましい。妊娠判明時に向精神薬を内服していた場合，一部に重篤な催奇形性などの影響が指摘されている薬剤もあるが，急激な中止は精神症状の悪化を招く可能性が高く，深刻な結果をもたらすこともある。このため患者・家族と双方向的な情報共有を重視しながら，慎重に減薬・変薬を行い，精神症状を注意深く観察することが必要である。

Abstract

For women planning their pregnancy, adjusting their medications in advance for the impending future is desirable. Some psychotropic medications have been shown to have severe teratogenic effects during pregnancy. However, sudden discontinuation of such medication can worsen mental symptoms and have serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully reduce or change medications while emphasizing two-way communication between patients and their families to carefully observe the mental symptoms.
