Ⅰ．症例提示
〈症例〉 87歳，右利きの男性，大学卒。
主訴 忘れっぽい。
現病歴 X年9月頃よりクレジットカードや鍵を紛失する，同じことを何度も聞くなどの症状が出現したため，X年12月，当科を受診。
