人工妊娠中絶術後に発症したと考えられる出血性副腎嚢腫

Adrenal Hemorrahagic Cyst after Arthicial Abortion:A Case Report

　症例は27歳，女性。人工妊娠中絶術施行後，同日，夕方より右腰背部疝痛発作および発熱を認め，他院を受診した。精査にて右副腎嚢腫を疑われて当院を紹介された。エコーガイド下に吸引細胞診を施行し，右出血性副腎嚢腫と診断した。全身状態が良好であったため，経過観察とした。発症後1年を経過した現在，嚢腫の縮小を認めている。

We present a case of adrenal pseudocyst secondary to the adrenal hemorrhage successfully managed by palliative treatment. A 27-year-old woman was admitted with the chief complaint of the sudden onset of right flank pain and high fever after artificial abortion. CT scan showed a huge low density mass at the right adrenal position,and further examinations revealed right adrenal hemorrhagic cyst.By ultrasound guided percutaneous needle aspiration, aspirate was bloody fluid with no malignant cell.The reduction of the size of the cyst was lasted for 1 year after the onset.
