シスプラチン誘発遅延性嘔吐に対するグラニセトロン，メチルプレドニソロン併用療法の評価

Clinical Assessment of Granisetron and Methylprednisolone as a Prophylactic Antiemetic in Cisplatin-Induced Delayed Emesis

　シスプラチン（CDDP）を含む多剤併用化学療法を2コース以上施行した尿路性器悪性腫瘍患者18例に対して，グラニセトロン（Gra）単独投与，Gra，メチルプレドニソロン（MPL）併用療法を行い，その制吐効果について無作為化クロスオーバー法で比較した。急性悪心・嘔吐に対する両群の制吐効果には有意差がみられなかったが，遅延性悪心．嘔吐に対する奏効率は，Gra単独群で52.8％，Gra,MPL併用群で81.9％と後者が有意に良好であった。Gra, MPL併用群における制吐効果の改善は，遅延性悪心．嘔吐の危険因子とされるCDDP総投与量70mg／m²以上，初期制吐の無効例，女性および前治療を有する症例において顕著であった。

A cross-over comparative study between granisetron alone and granisetron combined with methylprednisolone was carried out on the prophylaxis of acute and delayed emesis induced by cisplatin based chemotherapeutic regimens.Eighteen patients with urogenital cancer were received 3mg of granisetron or 3mg of granisetron plus 250mg of methylprednisolone for 3 days. Antiemetic effects were evaluated by the protective rates of emesis and nausea for 5 days following cisplatin administration. With regard to acute emesis, there were no significant differences inprotective rates between the 2 groups (88.9% vs 88.9%).
