悪性腫瘍切除後の陰茎再建

One-stage Total Penile Reconstruction after Radical Operation of Malignant Tumor

　陰茎癌の治療は，最近の化学療法と放射線療法の併用による治療効果の向上と術後のQOLを考慮した結果，縮小手術が主流になっている^1）。しかし，外科的手術による悪性腫瘍の根治的切除が基本であることには変わりはない。根治的手術と適切な再建術は，陰茎癌患者の予後とQOLの改善に貢献するであろうと考えられる。1997年までに，筆者らが経験した根治的腫瘍切除術後の1期的陰茎再建の4症例（表）のうちの2症例を紹介し，その手術方法と利点や合併症について考察する。

The one-stage total reconstruction of the penis using a microsurgical technique after radical penile resection was performed in four patients with penile cancer up to 1997.On our reconstruction method, a deltoid flap is the first choice among free flaps as a general rule. Our operative procedure, advantages, complications, two typical cases are discussed and described in this paper.
