経尿道的前立腺切除術が奏効したBCG療法後の肉芽腫性前立腺炎

A CASE OF GRANULOMATOUS PROSTATITS FOLLOWING INTRAVESICAL BACILLUS CALMETTE-GUERIN THERAPY

　筆者らはBCG膀胱内注入療法後に生じた肉芽腫性前立腺炎を経験した。症状は強い頻尿，会陰部痛．終末時排尿痛および，残尿感であった。3か月間にわたる抗結核薬，非ステロイド性消炎鎮痛剤，抗コリン剤による保存的治療では症状は改善しなかった。直腸指診では圧痛を伴った硬い結節を前立腺右葉に認め，前立腺超音波画像診断上同部位に低エコー域を認めた。経尿道的前立腺切除術を施行したところ症状の改善を認めた。

We experienced a case of granulomatous prostatitis following intravesical bacillus Calmette Guerin therapy. The patient complained of severe pollakisuria, perineal pain, terminal miction pain and sense of residual urine during intravesical BCG therapy after transurethral resec-tion of bladder tumor. These symptoms were not im-proved by conservative therapy for 3 months (antiphth-isic drugs, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and cholinergic blocking agents).
