3度の転移巣切除術後7年間再発をみない腎癌

Renal cell carcinoma after three times resections of metastatic lesions

　症例は64歳，女性。微熱を主訴に受診し，腹部CTにて腎腫瘍を認め，根治術を施行した。組織学的診断は腎細胞癌であった。2年後，前頭部の腫瘤を自覚し，これを切除した。組織学的診断は転移性腎細胞癌であった。さらに頭部CTにて骨転移を認め，外科的に切除した。その1年後には耳下腺転移を認め，これも切除術を施行した。最後の転移巣切除後7年を経過した現在，腫瘍の再発・転移の所見は認めていない。

A 64-year-old woman with slight fever was performed radical nephrectomy in April 1991 because of a renal tumor detected by abdominal CT. Pathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma. Two years later she found a tumor in the forehead, which was resected by derma-tologist and was found to be metastatic renal cell carci-noma. CT also revealed metastasis of renal cancer in the frontal bone, which was resected surgically in August 1993. One year later parotis metastasis was found and resected. She is alive without recurrence and metastasis 7 years after the latest surgery.
