後腹膜原発粘液性嚢胞腺癌の1例

A Case of Primary Retroperitoneal Mucinous Cystadenocarcinoma:A Case Report

　症例は44歳，女性。右背部痛を訴えて近医を受診。腹部CTで右腎上方に石灰化を伴う嚢胞性腫瘍を認め，当科を紹介された。内分泌学的検査で異常を認めず，血管造影．カラードプラー検査では無血管像を示した。良性後腹膜腫瘍と考えられたが，嚢胞壁の肥厚．石灰化所見より悪性を否定できず摘出術を施行した。病理組織診断は，印環細胞を含む粘液性嚢胞腺癌であった。術後全身化学療法を施行し，約7か月後の現在，再発兆候は認められていない。

A 44-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining right back pain. CT and MRI revealed a calcificated cystic tumor near the upper portion of the right kidney. Angiography and color Doppler sonography showed the tumor was avascular. Retroperitoneal tumorectomy was carried out and histopathologi-cal diagonosis was mucinous cystadenocarcinoma with signet-ring cells. Adjuvant systemic chemotherapy was performed and the patient is alive without recurrence seven months after the operation.
