慢性関節リウマチに続発した膀胱アミロイドーシス

Amyloidosis of the Bladder Secondary to Rheumatoid Arthritis:A Case Report

　症例は65歳，女性。慢性関節リウマチにて10年前より治療を受けていた。肉眼的血尿が持続し当科を受診した。膀胱出血を認めたため経尿道的電気凝固術および生検を行った。病理組織所見はAAアミロイドーシスであり，慢性関節リウマチに続発した二次性膀胱アミロイドーシスと診断した。

A 65-year-old woman presented with persistent asymp-tomatic grosshematuria. She had been treated for reumatoidarthritis for 10 years. Cystoscopy revealed massive vesicalbleeding. Transurethral fulguration and biopsy of the blad-der mucosa were performed. Patho-histological examina-tion proved AA amyloidosis secondary to rheumatoidarthritis.
