若年者（30歳未満）に認められた膀胱腫瘍12例の臨床的検討

A Clinical Study of Bladder Tumor in Young Adult Patients (Younger Than 30 Years)

　1978年から1999年までに当科で経験した30歳未満の膀胱腫瘍例12例を集計し，その臨床像の特徴を検討した。12例はいずれも20歳台の表在性腫瘍で，10歳台は1例もなかった。腫瘍の分化度もG3は1例のみであり，ほとんどはG1であった。G2,G3が認められた各1例は後療法を行ったが，いずれも再発傾向はなく，予後良好と考えられた。当施設の同期間における30歳以上の膀胱腫瘍に比し，有意にlow grade,low stageであった。今回の12例もこれまでの若年膀胱腫瘍本邦報告例64例と同様の腫瘍特性を有するものと考えられた。

To analyze clinical characteristics of bladder tumors inyoung adult patients, we reviewed 12 patients younger than 30 years with bladder epithelial neoplasms treated in our department from 1978 through 1999. All patients were older than 20 years, with chief complaint was painless macroscopic hematuria. The grade of tumors was G-O orG-1, and the stage was superficial. All cases were treated with transurethral resection and one case with G-3, pT1b was subsequently treated with partial cystectomy. Recur-rent tumor was not found in anycase.
