尿管結石に合併した気腫性尿路感染症

A case of emphysematous urinary truct infection with ureter stone

　症例は76歳，女性。消化管出血，肝機能障害にて内科入院中，肉眼的血尿を認めたため当科に紹介となった。右尿管結石に合併した腎盂粘膜下気腫を伴う腎盂腎炎および気腫性膀胱炎と診断した。抗生剤点滴で治療後，経尿道的尿管結石破砕術を施行した。その後，尿路感染の再発は認めていない。

　A 76-year-old woman gastrointestinal bleeding and liver dis-function was referred to our department because if macroscopic hematuria. We found pyelo-nephritis with emphysematous change and emphysematous cystitis associated with right ureter stone. We administrated antibiotics and then performed right trans-urethral lithotomy. Postoperatively,she became well without any recurrence of the urinary tract infection.
