外傷を契機に発見された精索横紋筋肉腫

Paratesticular Rhabdomyosarcoma Incidentally Found at Injury

　傍精巣横紋筋肉腫の1例を経験した。症例は15歳，男性。右陰嚢の無痛性腫脹を主訴に受診した。右陰嚢腫瘍の診断にて腫瘍摘出術を施行した。病理組織学的には横紋筋肉腫であった。術後，VACA療法を4コース施行した。2年3か月を経過した現在まで再発，転移はなく，外来にて経過観察中である。

A case of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in a 15-year-old male is reported. The patient was admitted for swellingof the right scrotum. A resection of paratesticular tumorwas performed. The pathological diagnosis was parates-ticular rhabdomyosarcoma. He was treated with VACAtherapy (vincristine, actinomycin D, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin).This drug combination was effective, and hehas been followed for 15 months with no evidence ofrecur-rence.
