陰嚢部打撲後，同部位の腫脹と激痛を主訴に本院外来を受診した患者に超音波検査を施行し精巣破裂と診断し手術した3症例と，これまでの本邦報告例を臨床的に検討した。
We reported three cases of testicular rupture by sports injury. Pre-operative ultrasonographic examinations were useful to decide whether the surgical operation was necessary.
