陰囊水腫の治療を契機に診断された精巣外傷

Hydrocele developed after testicular trauma：A case report

　患者は17歳，男子。野球の練習中にボールが左陰囊部に当たり受傷した。疼痛が軽快しないため近医を受診し，消炎剤を投与され疼痛は軽減した。しかしながら陰囊の腫張が増強し，陰囊水腫の診断で穿刺術を施行したが，再発を繰り返し当科に紹介となった。術中所見にて精巣白膜の断裂を認め，精巣外傷と診断，修復術を施行した。受傷から3か月経過していたが，精巣温存は可能であった。

A 17-year-old man was referred to our clinic complaining of left scrotal swelling. He suffered a trauma on his left testis by a baseball ball while exercise two months ago and developed hydrocele. He underwent puncture of hydrocele seven times but recurred in a short period. Tunical lacerations could not be visualized on ultrasonographic evaluation. Operative findings revealed the rupture of the tunica albuginea and suture reapproximation was performed.（Rinsho Hinyokika 62：255-257, 2008）
