胸部腎の2例

THORACIC KIDNEY: REPORT OF 2 CASES

　胸部X線撮影にて偶然に発見された胸部腎の2例を報告した。症例は2歳および70歳，男性。胸部X線撮影にて腫瘤状陰影を認められ，CTスキャンにて腫瘤が腎であることが判明した。IVP,MRIなどにて他の合併奇形は認められず，また症状もないため経過観察している。

We present two cases of thoracic kidneys in a 2 year-old boy and a 70 year-old male discovered on chest radio-grams. Intravenous pyelography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance image showed thoracic kidney with elongated ureter. No other apparent urogenital anomalies were found except for slight uretero-pyelo-junction stenosis in one case. Thoracic kidney is extremely rare and 75 cases have been reported previ-ously in the domestic literature in Japan.
