膀胱全摘後，尿管回腸吻合部に癌発生をみた症例

TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF ILEAL CONDUIT FOLLOWING CYSTECTOMY: A CASE REPORT

　膀胱腫瘍により膀胱全摘，回腸導管造設を行い，その後8年目に尿管回腸吻合部に癌の発生をみた症例を経験した。診断は内視鏡による導管内観察と生検によりなされ，初発膀胱腫瘍と同じ移行上皮癌（grade3）が証明された。この自験例を含めた本邦5症例についての検討を行つた。

A 67-year old female who had undergone total cystectomy and ileal conduit urinary diversion 8 years ago due to bladder carcinoma complained of gross hematuria. The recurrent transitional cell carcinoma at the ureteroileal junction with herniation of the tumor into the lumen of an ileal conduit was diagnosed by the endoscopy and biopsy in the ileal conduit. Surgical excision of left total urinary tract and ileal conduit were performed. Clinical features with recurrent carcinoma of ileal conduit were summerized and discussed.
