閉塞性乾皮性亀頭炎による尿閉

URINARY RETENTION DUE TO BALANITIS XEROTICA OBLITERANS: A CASE REPORT

　症例は39歳男性。数年前より排尿困難あり，3年前他医にて尿道狭窄と診断されたが放置していた。今回，尿閉にて当科を初診。膀胱瘻を造設後，外尿道口の狭窄部を切除し外尿道口形成術を施行した。病理学的には，外尿道口に発生した硬化性萎縮性苔癬であり，その結果生じた尿閉であった。術後経過は良好で，術後3か月の現在，再発や再狭窄は認めていない。

A 39-year-old male, with a history of difficult urination for a couple of years, consulted our hospital complaining of urinary retention. Meatal stricture was recognized, and meatoplasty was carried out with sufficient resection of the stenotic meatal mucosa. A diagnosis of lichen scler-osus et atrophicus of the external urethral meatus was made histologically. The operation and postoperative course were both uneventful and successful repair of the stricture was achieved.
