新生児副腎出血の2例

TWO CASES OF NEONATAL ADRENAL HEMORRHAGE

　新生児副腎出血の2例を報告する。症例1は右側腹部腫瘤で発見されたが，悪性病変を否定しえず試験開腹により診断した。症例2は出生前の超音波検査により嚢胞様陰影を指摘され，生後5ヵ月目の腹部CTで，左副腎部腫瘤の縮小と石灰化出現により診断し，保存的に経過を見ている。新生児副腎出血は通常分晩外傷に伴つて発生するとされているが，症例2は胎児期においても副腎の出血が起こりえることを示す貴重な症例と考えられる。

Two cases of neonatal adrenal hemorrhage were reported. Case 1. A 9-day-old male was referred to us because of right flank mass. VMA was negative. Various imaging modalities failed to identify the origin of the mass. Laparotomy was performed to rule out malignancy, and adrenal hemorrhage was diagnosed. Case 2. A-5-month-old male, who was found to have a large cystic mass in utero at 36 th gestational week, was referred to us. VMA was negative.
