膀胱腫瘍と紛らわしかったアレルギー性膀胱炎の2例

TWO CASES OF ALLERGIC CYSTITIS REQUIRING DIFFERENTIATION FROM BLADDER TUMORS

　膀胱腫瘍と鑑別を要したアレルギー性膀胱炎を2例経験した。第1例は6歳女児で頻尿，夜尿を主訴に受診した。エコーにて膀胱後壁に隆起性病変を認め生検したが，非特異的炎症所見のみであった。抗アレルギー剤にて治癒した。第2例は54歳男性で．膀胱刺激症状で来院し，尿細胞診陽性であったため生検したが，好酸球性膀胱炎と診断された。外来経過観察にて自然治癒した。

We encountered two cases of allergic cystitis that required differentiation from bladder tumor. Case 1 involved a six-year-old girl who was seen at our hospital with chief complaints of urinary frequency and nocturia. Echography revealed an elevated lesion in the posterior wall of the bladder. but subsequent biopsy revealed no specific findings other than non-specific inflammation. Anti-allergic therapy succeeded in curing this patient. Case 2 involved a 54-year-old man who was seen at our hospital with bladder irritation.
