第4頚椎に発生した好酸球性肉芽腫の1例

Eosinophilic Granuloma of the Cervical Spine : Case Report

　抄録：好酸球性肉芽腫（eosinophilic granuloma）は幼・小児に発生することが多い比較的稀な疾患であり，発生部位では大腿骨，鎖骨，上腕骨，脊椎，骨盤などに好発する．今回われわれは成人の頚椎に発生した好酸球性肉芽腫の1例を経験した．症例は47歳，女性．慢性進行性の頚部痛を主訴に来院し，頚椎X線にて第4頚椎椎体に骨融解性の変化をみた．Open biopsyにより診断し，一期的に手術的加療を施行し良好な経過を得た．本腫瘍の成人発生は稀であり，臨床的特徴・治療法などに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

　Eosinophilic granuloma is most commonly encountered in children under 10 years of age. It may affect any bone, but femur is the most common site. We report a case of eosinophilic granuloma of the cervical spine in an adult. Thediagnosis was made on the basis of an open biopsy, and treatment consisted of single-stage surgery. We describe the results of follow-up of this case of eosinophilic granuloma of the cervical spine, and present a comprehensive review of the literature in regard to special feature and treatment.
