抗血小板剤内服中に発症した非外傷性腎被膜下血腫

Nontraumatic subcapsular hematoma of the kidney on an antiplatelet therapy：A case report

　77歳男性で，抗血小板剤を内服中に発症した非外傷性腎皮膜下血腫の1例を経験した。抗血小板剤内服の中止，止血剤投与，ベッド上安静にて血腫の縮小をみた。非外傷性腎被膜下血腫の原因として多いのは腫瘍性病変であるが，稀に抗凝固剤が発症に関与したと考えられる症例がある。血管脆弱性を伴う基礎疾患のある患者が，抗凝固剤内服中に背部痛や側腹部痛を訴える場合には，本症も念頭に置く必要がある。

A 77-year old man was admitted for nontraumatic subcapsular hematoma of the rt kidney during antiplatelet therapy. We thought this hematoma was due to the antiplatelet agent. This is the 5th case of nontraumatic subcapsular hematoma of the kidney during the anticoaglant therapy,and the 2nd case during the antiplatelet therapy in Japanese literatures.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：482-483,2006）
