肉眼的血尿を主訴とした白血病の2例

TWO CASES OF LEUKEMIA WITH COMPLAINT OF MACROSCOPIC HEMATURIA

　患者は38歳と68歳の男性．いずれも高度の肉眼的血尿を主訴として当科を受診した．末梢血検査にて白血病と診断したが，入院後まもなく両症例とも脳内出血のために死亡した．第1例目は，剖検により腎盂腎杯の粘膜に白血病細胞の浸潤が認められ，このために高度の肉眼的血尿を呈したものと思われた．なお，第2例目の剖検は施行していない．

Two cases of acute leukemia complaining of macroscopic hematuria were reported. They were diagnosed as having acute leukemia at hematological examination. Both of them died of apoplexy several days after admission. Pathological examination of the first case showed leukemic cells infiltration to the mucous membrane of renal pelvis and renal calyx, which seemed to be the cause of macroscopic hematuria.
