動注化学療法が著効を示した進行性腎盂・膀胱腫瘍

INTRA-ARTERIAL INFUSION CHEMOTHERAPY FOR ADVANCED CARCINOMA OF THE RENAL PELVIS AND BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　83歳，女性．診断は肺転移を伴う右腎盂・膀胱腫瘍．全身状態不良のため，動注化学療法を試みた．シスプラチン50mg／m²，アドリアマイシン25mg／m²をアンギオテンシンIIとともに注入し，2〜3週間隔で4コース施行．重篤な副作用を伴わずに，肺転移巣と膀胱腫瘍の消失・全身状態の改善を認め，右腎尿管全摘出術を施行でき，完全寛解となった．術後4ヵ月現在，再発・転移所見なし．

Intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy of cis-platinum (50 mg/m²) and doxorubicin (25 mg/m²) was performed on a 83-year-old female patient who had advanced urothelial cancer. The lesion extended to her right renal pelvis, ureter and bladder, together with multiple metastases to lung and direct invasion to female genitalia. The chemotherapeutic agents were infused into the internal iliac artery, with simultaneous administration of angiotensin II at a rate of 1.5 μg/min for 20 minutes.
