　27歳男性。主訴は不妊。理学所見で精巣は正常大，右精管と右精巣上体の体・尾部は触知できなかった。精液所見は無精子症。内分泌，染色体異常はなし。精管造影では，左精管膨大部および精嚢は造影されず末端が嚢胞状に拡張し，右精管は同定できなかった。そこで右精管欠損，右精巣上体発育不全，左精管末端部領域の嚢状拡張と診断した。患者夫妻は現在，非配偶者間人工受精を行っている。

A 27-year-old male visited our hospital with the complaint of male infertility.

He was dignosed as azoospermia by semen analysis. On physical examination, bilateral testes were normal but the right was deferens, the body and tail of epididymis were not palpated. Endocrinological examination revealed no abnomality.

Chromosomal analysis was 46, XY.

Biopsy of of the right testis showed normal spermatogenesis on histological examination. Transvasal vesiculography showed cystic dilatation of the right seminal duct and non visualized right seminal duct. The patient and his wife are now condidate for artifitial insemination by doner.
