  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

A 44-year-old male was admitted to our department with the chief complaint of miction pain and feeling of residual urine. CT scan revealed a mass lesion in contact with the dome of the bladder, consisting of irregular low and linear high density area. The mass was evidently decreased, following high fever and pyuria, so perivesical abscess was suspected. Partial cystectomy with mass extirpation was transperitoneally performed. Fish bone was detected in the mass.
