48歳，男性。右陰嚢内容腫大を主訴に来院。精巣腫瘍を疑い，右精巣高位摘除術を施行した。摘出した腫瘍は140g,10.0×5.5×4.5cmで，病理診断は精巣類表皮嚢胞であった。本症例は文献上本邦最大例と思われる。
A 48 year old man was admitted with the chief complaint of swelling of the right scrotum. Since the mass was suspected to be malignant, right high orchiectomy was performed. The mass was 10.0×5.5×4.5 cm and 140 g. The histological diagnosis was epidermoid cyst of the testis. To our knowledge this case is the largest reported in Japan.
