手術時に偶然見つかった睾丸腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF TESTICULAR TUMOR FOUND DURING THE OPERATION FOR TORSION OF APPENDIX OF TESTIS

　睾丸腫瘍は無症状で経過し，睾丸の腫大および硬結を触れることにより，発見されることが多い。今回われわれは睾丸，付属小体捻転症の手術中に睾丸腫瘍が見つかった1例を経験したので報告する。症例は31歳，男性。左副睾丸頭部付近に大豆大の有痛性硬結を触知した。術中，睾丸の触診で通常よりやや硬い印象を受けたため，睾丸腫瘍を疑い可及的高位にて精索を結紮切断，睾丸を摘出した。病理組織検査では，セミノーマであった。

A 31 years old male with chief complaint of a left scrotal pain was admitted to our hospital. The patient was operated under the diagnosis of torsion of appendix of left testis. During the operation, we found that left testis was slightly hard. Left orchiectomy was performed and histological examination revealed seminoma.
