囊胞性腎癌との鑑別が困難であった腎mixed epithelial and stromal tumor

　49歳女性．CTで右腎内部に隔壁を有する囊胞性腫瘤を認めた．腹腔鏡下右腎摘除術を施行し，病理結果はmixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney（MESTK）の診断であった．術後経過は良好で，現在30か月が経過したが再発・転移は認めていない．

Abstract

A 49-year-old woman who had right inguinal massvisited our institution. CT revealed multilocular cystic right tumor. We performed laparoscopic nephrectomy because a possibility of malignant tumor couldn't be denied. The pathological findings showed mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney (MESTK). There was no postoperative complication. 30 months postoperatively, she has no sign of recurrence (Rinsho Hinyokika 74 : 701-705, 2020).
