急性前立腺炎治療中に発症した特発性後腹膜血腫

Acute prostatitis complicated with spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma : A case report

　51歳男性．発熱，尿量減少を主訴に前医を受診し，急性前立腺炎の診断で治療開始された．再診時に血圧低下あり当院紹介となった．急性前立腺炎による敗血症性ショック，DIC，多臓器不全の診断で当科緊急入院となり，治療経過中に特発性後腹膜血腫を併発し，緊急動脈塞栓術を施行した．

Abstract

A 51-year-old man treated for acute prostatitis at the local doctor was taken to our hospital because of decreased blood pressure and oliguria during treatment. We made a diagnosis of septic shock, DIC and multiple organ dysfunction caused by acute prostatitis and started treatment. During the course of treatment, spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma developed for which emergency arterial embolization was successfully performed (Rinsho Hinyokika 73 : 69-72, 2019).
