自然治癒した尿管腟瘻の2例

TWO CASES OF SPONTANEOUS HEALING OF URETEROVAGINAL FISTULAS

　われわれは自然治癒した尿管腟瘻の2症例を経験した。症例1（40歳，子宮筋腫）は子宮全摘出術後13日目で発症，左尿管脾瘻出現後75日目で自然治癒した。症例2（71歳，右卵巣腫瘍茎捻転）は単純子宮全摘出術，両側付属器切除術後14日目で発症，右尿管腟瘻出現後14日目で自然治癒した。また，尿管腟瘻の症例の治療に尿管カテーテル等が利用できれば治療期間を短縮できるのではないかと考える。

Case 1 was a 40-year-old female who underwent a hysterectomy for myoma of the uterus. Copious leakage of urine through the vagina commenced 13 days postoperatively. Urinary leakage ceased 75 days following appearance of the fistula. Case 2 was a 71-year-old female who underwent a hysterectomy plus double adnexcectomy for pedicle torsion of the right ovarian tumor. Copious leakage of urine through the vagina commenced 14 days postoperatively. Vaginal drainage ceased 14 days following the appea-rance of the fistula. It is considered that continuity of the ureteral lumen is mandatory for spontaneous healing of the fistula.
