脊髄損傷による過活動排尿筋型の低容量膀胱のため尿路管理が不満足であった2例に対して，膀胱を二枚貝状に切開して回腸開放弁を縫合する膀胱拡大術を施行した。術後6カ月の経過観察では，間欠的自己導尿による尿路管理が満足できる状態である。本術式の本邦での報告例はない。
Two patients with a hyperrcflexic low capacity bladder due to spinal cord injury and with right vesico-ureteral reflux underwent a clam ileocystoplasty and Cohen anti-reflux operation. Postoperatively, the two patients satisfactorily have performed intermittent self-catheterization.
