折りたたみ法による巨大尿管形成術

THE FOLDING TECHNIQUE OPERATION FOR MEGAURETER

　22歳，女性の両側巨大尿管に対して，折りたたみ法による形成術を行い，良好な結果がえられた。すなわち拡張した下部尿管壁を切除することなく，単に折り重ねてマットレス縫合した後，膀胱に再移植した。術後尿漏れはなく，ステントカテーテルは4日目，バルーンカテーテルは6日目に抜去して退院した。術後の検査で上部尿路の拡張は軽快し，膀胱尿管逆流もみられていない。本法は巨大尿管に対するすぐれた手術法と考えられる。

In a 22-year-old young woman with bilateral megaureter, plastic surgery was performed using the folding technique with favourable results. With this technique, widened lower ureter was folded over and sutured in horizontal mattress without resecting its wall. After the operation, no leakage of urine was seen and stent catheter was extracted on 4th postoperative day and balloon catheter on 6th post-operative day. Postoperative intravenous urography revealed that distension of the upper urinary tract was relieved.
