気管支へ自潰した腎周囲膿瘍に対し，経皮的ドレナージを行い，感受性のある抗生剤の全身投与および局所洗浄による保存的療法で治癒できた症例を報告した。
A rare case of reno-bronchial fistula occurred in patient with perirenal abscess is described. This case was successfully managed by combination of antibiotic therapy and percutaneous drainage of the abscess.
