完全腎断裂を伴う外傷性腎仮性嚢胞の1例

A CASE OF POSTTRAUMATIC PARARENAL PSEUDOCYST WITH COMPLETE AVULSION OF THE LOWER POLE OF THE KIDNEY

　鈍的腎外傷で全身状態が良好な場合，保存的に経過観察されることがあるが，比較的まれな合併症として腎仮性嚢胞がある。今回われわれは，交通事故後大腿骨骨折として治療を受け，尿路症状は比較的軽く経過したが，3ヵ月後に完全腎断裂を伴う外傷性腎仮性嚢胞と判明し，手術により腎機能を保持し得た症例を経験したので報告する。また，本邦にて報告された腎仮性嚢胞49例について若干の考察を加える。

A 5 year-old boy had suffered a left femoral bone fracture by a traffic accident 3 months previously. He had hospitalized in an orthopedic clinic. He had moderate hematuria and left flank pain at that time, lasting 3 days and 10 days respectively, and had received 800ml of blood transfusion. He had been well without any symptomes until admission to our hospital for investigation of left flank pain, vomitting and fever a week in duration. Physical examination revealed a palpable mass with tenderness in the left abdomen.
