　マイクロサージャリーによる遊離皮弁を用いた陰茎再建術の1例を紹介した。三角筋部皮弁を用い，その一部で尿道を形成し，その尿道と肋軟骨を残りの皮弁でつつみ，陰茎を作製する。そしてその栄養血管神経を深下腹壁動静脈，陰部神経にそれぞれ吻合する。神経の回復にはまだしばらく待たねばならぬが，肋軟骨の移植により性交も可能で，尿道造影上狭窄もなく，良好な尿線が得られている。

A case of reconstruction of penis with microsurgical free tissue transfer was presented. A deltoid flap was used to reconstruct both urethra and external skin coverage and a rib cartilage was inserted as a stent. Nutrient vessels and nerve were anastomosed with inferior epigastric vessels and pudendal nerve respectively. Now the patient can urinate in a standing position and we anticipate that the patient will be able to feel erogenous sensation with the recovery of anastomosed sensory nerve.
