幼児包皮腫瘍の1例

FIBROMA MOLLE OF PREPUCE: REPORT OF A CASE IN AN INFANT

緒言

　陰茎の非上皮性腫瘍は良性，悪性ともに非常にまれな疾患である。最近われわれは幼児に発生した良性の線維腫を経験したので報告する。

Mesenchymal tumor of penis is extremely rare. A 1-year-and-8-month-old boy was admitted for swelling of foreskin with no pain. His mother noticed the swelling when he was 6 months old.

Physical examination revealed, whole foreskin swollen to the size of 3. 6 cm in diameter and was soft and not tender.

The prepuce was circumicised and the whole tumor was removed. Histologically it was fibroma molle.

3 cases of penile fibroma were collected from Japanese literatures
