巨大膀胱結石の1例

A CASE REPORT OF GIANT VESICAL CALCULUS

Ⅰ．緒言

　最近我々は440gの巨大膀胱結石を経験したので報告するとともに，集め得た症例について文献的考察を加えたい。

A 64 years old male complaining frequent urination and small urinary stream for 10 years and dysuria for 5 years visited our clinic. A fist sized hard nodule was palpated at the lower abdomen, bima-nually and a stony hard mass was projecting into the rectum by rectal examination. The size of the calculi being 9.0×7.3×7.0 cm, weighing 440g, was the 11th in the Japanese literature and the contents were a mixture of uric acid, phosphoric acid and oxalic acid.
