腎脂肪肉腫の1例

RENAL LIPOSARCOMA: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　腎腫瘍の中で，肉腫は比較的稀なものであり，その中でも多くは線維肉腫，平滑筋肉腫で，腎脂肪肉腫は珍しい疾患である。最近著者らは，腎脂肪肉腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Patient was a 27-year-old male with chief complaints of left flank pain and high fever. Intravenous urogram showed displacement of left kidney. Selective renal arteriogram suggested a left renal tumor. Left nephrectomy was performed. Histological diagnosis was renal liposarcoma. The patient is now in a good condition without sings of recurrence or metastasis. Tuberous sclerosis was not associated. In Japan, 18 cases of renal liposarcoma was reported until 1977 and our case was 19 th case.
