はじめに
陰唇癒着症の多くは，乳幼児期に発見されており，成人女性の報告は少ない。しかし，高齢化社会をむかえた今日，老年婦人に本症をみる機会も増えると推測される。
A 78-year-old widow with labial adhesion whose complaint was difficulties in micturition was pre-sented. Etiology, symptoms, signs, and diagnosis on labial adhesions were discussed. Procedures for treat-ment and postoperative care were proposed. Because the number of aged women is steadily increasing, it is important to draw attention to this condition.
