心外膜原発の血管肉腫の1例

A case of primary angiosarcoma of the percardium

　心臓血管肉腫は，きわめてまれであるが，悪性心臓腫瘍の中では，最も頻度が高い。腫瘍の原発部位は，右心系（おもに右房）が多いが，筆者らは，心外膜原発の心臓血管肉腫を経験した。本症例では，入院後，診断に有用と思われる諸検査を行ったにもかかわらず診断に至らなかった。生前診断が困難と言われている理由も含めて文献的考察を加え報告する。

A case of angiosarcoma of the pericardium in a 55-yr-old man is reported. He was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea. Clinical diagnosis was pericarditis. He became worse and died because of heart failure 9 months after the onset of symptoms. At autopsy, metastases were found in lung, liver and myocardium. There were 30 cases of primary angio-sarcoma of the heart in Japan. Five of these 30 tumors were diagnosed as pericardial angiosarcoma. The case of primary angiosarcoma of the pericardium reported in this paper is therefore supposed to be the 6th of the series.
