サンゴ状結石を伴つた腎外腎杯例

EXTRARENAL CALYCES WITH STAGHORN CALCULUS

緒言

　腎外腎杯とは，大腎杯が腎外に存在している稀な先天性奇形である。本症は1925年，Eisendrath^1）が4例をまとめて発表したのが最初で，欧米では現在までに24例の報告がなされているにすぎず，本邦では濃沼^2）の1例，渡辺^3）の3例の計4例をみるのみである。

　最近われわれは，サンゴ状結石を伴つた腎外腎杯の1例を経験したので報告する。

A thirty-three year old female was admitted to the Jikei University Hospital in May, 1983, com-plaining of fever and left renal pain. Physical examination and laboratory findings were normal except for mild pyuria. Plain film showed left staghorn calculus. Intravenous pyelogram revealed that left renal pelvis was visualized outside of the renal shadow, and major calyces seemed to flare out with a terminal incurvation, simulating the curved prongs of a small hand garden rake.
