緒言
尿道憩室は今日までに，数多くの症例が報告されており稀な疾患ではないが，多発性尿道憩室の報告例は少ない。最近，われわれは，結石を合併した多発性尿道憩室の症例を経験したので，ここに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 75 year-old male with the chief complaint of urinary retention had noticed dysuria and miction pain 7 months ago.
He had a history of gonorrhea at the age of 55.
A soft and hen egg-sized perineal tumor and anterior urethral and perineal indurations were palpated.
KUB and urethrocystogram showed a diverticulum of the anterior urethra and two diverticula of the posterior urethra, which contained several stones.
