緒言

　排尿障害を来す疾患の診断や治療効果の判定には，最近ではいろいろなME的手法による検査が行われている。われわれは，排尿機能のdynamicな評価の目的から，排尿中の尿流量と膀胱内圧を同時測定し，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Simultaneous uroflowmetry with urocystometry during micturition was performed in an attempt to investigate the voiding function in dynamic condition.

Maximum urinary flow rate (Fmax), intravesical pressure at maximum urinary flow rate (PFmax), urethral resistance (UR) and average urinary flow rate (Fave) were picked up for the parameters to evaluate the voiding function. The result of the measurements performed in 20 patients showed that this approach was useful to differentiate obstructive and neurogenic dysuric patients from normal control patients.
