緒言
中部尿管狭窄による尿管の部分的拡張症は極めて稀な疾患であるが，最近われわれはこの疾患に同側の腎盂尿管移行部狭窄による先天性水腎症を合併した症例を経験したので報告する。
A 19-year old female with juvenile diabetes was admitted because of left abdominal mass.
Roentogenological examination revealed nonfunctioning left kidney and left mid-ureteral stenosis.
Left-nephroureterectomy was performed.
Operative findings were left hydronephrosis probably due to compression by aberrant artery at the ureteropelvic junction, and left segmental hydroureter due to mid-ureteral stenosis.
